Opera
The musical production OPERA explores ambition.
It is a force that simultaneously inspires and destroys.
It is a pull toward something ever greater (GREEEATER), crushing and concealing all that is small (smll).
It is ultimate expansion, where everything grows larger (GREEEATER) and holds ever more love.
The small (sml) and the great (GREEEAT) grind against each other until there is a great explosion (BOOOOOM), and only the dull and mediocre remain.
Ambition is passion.
Passion is beautiful (beautiful).
You must be small (sml) so that the great (GREEEAT) can fit.
I must be great (GREEEAT), and I cannot be contained.
Small one (sml), make space for me. Let me be great (GREEEAT).
Catharsis or nothing.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
The production OPERA takes place in the small hall of Von Krahl Theatre and will be performed five times in April 2026
