Kali Briis and Kienra both hail from the same city and therefore share similar energies in their music. They both love it raw, spacey and full of dusty samples. In Headshot EP Kali Briis takes care of the vocal parts while Ki En Ra fills the instrumental side of the project. Weird but catchy melodies will haunt you through your starry nights, guaranteed!

DVPH is two friends making music. DRAGAN VOLTA the producer and PÕHJAMAADE HIRM the mc. You could call their sound abstract and somewhat futuristic – but it is your call. They have been working on this collaboration project for 5+ years now, and the main goal is to release a LP „Mõtted On Mujal“, which roughly translates „Thoughts elsewhere“. The description of their sound could be: A mellow, friendly and soft thoughtful monster flowing calmly over landscapes, who may be fierce in selfdefence, but trying not to step on flowers and insects.

Kemmuru is a 3 man rap group from Finland who have stayed true to their style of sound since they started makin noise in 2002 and never sold out like a weak sucka. Kemmuru's beats are the hardest on earth but same time warm and comfy like a big ol teddybear. But this mofo got a baseball bat and he's bringin a jar of whoop-ass for those tryin to play that weak Tin-Tin shit. "Our women are fly and we are the shit" sums up Aksim, the producer and other of the two mcs. The other one is Jodarok, the groups acclaimed freestyle pioneer who's hardcore lifestyle includes activities like bird-watching. "I just watch but our dj J-Laini, he eats them. He's our wingman." says the freestyle phenomenon.

DOWDY (rus)
Dowdy is a young musician originally from Samara and now working - at least temporarily - in Moscow. He occasionally employs the stage-name Evgenii Compo; neither of these options is likely to appear in his passport. A brief overview of his career in the realm of hip-hop helps to contextualize Dowdy's modest, yet admirable attempts at appealing mystery and creative progress.
While he remains extremely reticent, he offers a little insight into that main moniker at a few online venues. Taking a cue, it seems, from the nearest dictionary, he informs us that "Dowdy" means both "messy and unfashionably dressed. Generally unhip, tasteless, inelegant, and so forth." He then interrupts this downward spiral into self-loathing: "From this point onwards, judge for yourself."
A related text takes a slightly different view of matters. Having set the bar extremely low in terms of audience expectation, Compo then informs his patient public: "Evgenii was one of the first musicians who began to plow the virgin lands of post-Soviet culture. In 2005 he formed the label Apollo Union, where he gathered many performers under his wing. Quite a few are well-known today."
